Dear Mrs Onslow

Yesterday I saw at your
house an Italian phrase
book with some poetry
here & there quoted.

Among the quotations
was a sonnet of Dante's
which I remembered
translating half a century
ago. As it is appropriate
to a Drawing Room.
I send it to you, but
I don't know whether any of you
will think it worth keeping.

Kind regards to you all
Yours Sincerely
G W Rusden

I have written on James photo
"Great grandson of John Macarthur of Cn [Camden Park]
vide my History Vol 1."
