Our political troubles are
by no means over, but Berry's
following is by no means
so overwhelming now as it was
three years ago; and with
any force of criticism it seems
difficult to imagine that so
ignorant a lout can tide
over the financial difficulty.

But the future is not
pleasant to think of even
if he were out of the way.
