Maxim Litvinoff (17 Jul1876 – 31 Dec 1951) - Russian Bolshevik and revolutionary, had left Russia in 1906 to avoid arrest by the Russian Govt. In 1910 moved to England until 1918. After the Bolshevik revolution 1917 he became the first Russian full power representative in Britain. In January 1918 he spoke at the British Labor Party Conference.
