Hanover, N.H. April 22, 1935

The annual meeting of the Dartmouth Cemetery Association
was held this day at 3 P.M. in the Dartmouth Savings Bank
Building, all members being present - G. D. Frost presiding as president.

The minutes of the last two meetings were read and accepted.
D. C. Rennie presented the Treasurer's report and the
Auditor's report, which were accepted and placed on file.

The superintendent, A. D. Storrs, gave his report for the
past year.

It was voted that the Secretary cast one ballot for
the following men to serve as directors for the coming year:

Gilman D. Frost
Francis J. A. Neef
Frederic P. Lord
Adna D. Storrs
Robert J. Putnam

It was voted that the Secretary cast one ballot for the
following as officers for the coming year:

President - Gilman D. Frost
Vice-president - Francis J. A. Neef
Treasurer - David C. Rennie
Secretary - Frederic P. Lord
Superintendent - Adna D. Storrs
Auditor - Maurice C. Aldrich

The meeting then adjourned.
