Be it Resolved that the City Engineer be and
he is hereby instructed to notify the MK&T
Ry CO & the G.C. & SF Ry Co to at once put the crossing on
Elizabeth Street in proper repair so that
it will conform to the ordinance of the
city and that be report at the next
meeting of the council whether said crossing
has been so repaired.
