with the exception of Mr. Pearsall who was unable to attend, all members of the Committee were present.

There was further discussion of the resolutions of the North Carolina State College Alumni Association and it was agreed that the special sub-committee heretofore authorized would take this discussion into consideration in its deliberations.

Secretary Allen read a letter from Mr. Edmund Aycock, President of the North Carolina State Alumni Association, stating that he (Mr. Aycock), Mr. Charles Reynolds and Mr. Roscoe West expected to be present at the regular meeting of the Executive Committee on March 13th.

The meeting then adjourned.
