Mr. Barber moved that the enrollment figures and the capital improvement needs as presented be approved. The motion was seconded and it was unanimously adopted.

Gift of Mr. and Mrs. George Watts Hill

President Friday reported that he had received a deed from Mr. and Mrs. Hill for an additional one-sixth undivided interest in Quail Roost, and Mr. Taylor moved that it be accepted with thanks. The motion was seconded and it was unanimously adopted. Mr. Hill was absent from the meeting when this gift was presented.

Advisory Committee on Educational Policies

President Friday reported that he had completed the appointment of an Advisory Committee on Educational Policies to consult with him on educational matters and many other things, and that its first business would be that of Charlotte College.

State College Alumni Request

President Friday presented a request which he had received from Messrs. Edmund Aycock and Charles Reynolds to be heard by the Executive Committee on proposals which the Board of Directors of the State College Alumni Association wished to present. The Secretary was instructed to advise Messrs. Aycock and Reynolds that they would be heard at the next regular meeting of the Executive Committee which is March 13, 1964.

The meeting then adjourned.
