Being an easement for a right-of-way 25 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the West property line of the University of North Carolina which said point is located by measuring South 12 deg. 37 min. 08 sec. East 380.37 feet, South 34 deg. 39 min. 27 sec. West 80 feet, and North 46 deg. 31 min. 56 sec. West 202.37 feet from a Concrete Monument (control corner) with N. C. coordinates Y= 784,792.11 and X= 1,991,017.86; thence South 65 deg. 38 min 26 sec East 235 feet across University property toward an existing manhole in a sanitary sewer line belonging to the Town of Chapel Hill.

AND, WHEREAS, the University administration has made an investigation of the proposed location of the said sewerline and has determined that the said line will not interfere with the use of the property by the University; and

WHEREAS, the Chancellor and Business Manager of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill have recommended to the President and the Business Officer and Treasurer of the University that the request of the Parish of Saint Thomas More of the Catholic Diocese of Raleigh for the said right-of-way be approved, and

WHEREAS, the Committee on the Use and Disposition of Real Property of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina has considered the said request and has recommended that the said request be granted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina hereby approves the request of the Parish of Saint Thomas More of the Catholic Diocese of Raleigh and authorizes the University officials to present the said request to the North Carolina Department of Administration for consideration and action.

Mr. Shepard, the Business Officer and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina, reported to the Executive Committee that the following bids had been received for the $1,800,000 The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B:

Bid of the United States of America, acting by and through the Housing and Home Finance Agency, offering to pay par value and accrued interest for all of the blocks of said bonds offered bearing interest at the rate of 3 1/2% per annum.

Bid of Wachovia Bank and Trust Company offering to pay $575,000 and accrued interest for the blocks of said bonds maturing in the years 1965 through 1982 bearing interest as follows:
