1962, SERIES A, OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A LIKE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BOND OF 1958 OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON FROM REVENUES; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF BONDS FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES THAT MAY HEREAFTER BE CONSTRUCTED; AND SETTING FORTH THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE HOLDERS OF SAID BONDS.

provides as follows:

"The Executive Committee is hereby authorized to sell the Series B bonds in the manner and subject to the conditions prescribed in this Resolution and in the Loan Agreement, dated as of January 1, 1962, heretofore executed by and between the Board, acting for and on behalf of the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina, and the United States of America, acting through the Housing and Home Finance Administrator, and to sell any bonds hereafter authorized under the provisions of Section 211 hereof in such manner, either at public or private sale, and subject to such conditions as the Board or the Executive Committee shall determine.";

and

WHEREAS, said Loan Agreement provides that the $1,800,000 Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B, mentioned therein and which bonds have been authorized by said resolution, as amended, under the designation "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B", shall be sold at public sale in the manner provided in the Notice of Sale and in the Official Notice of Sale hereinafter set forth; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina that the Business Officer and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina be and he is hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice calling for sealed bids for said $1,800,000 The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B, of said Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina, in The News and Observer, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, and in The Daily Bond Buyer, a financial journal published in the City and State of New York, once at least fifteen days prior to the date for the receipt of bids.
