Section 50. That the second paragraph of Section 901 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "To the holders of Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of.......... Series.............." where they appear in the notice set forth in said paragraph the words "To the holders of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of...........Series............ ", and by inserting the words "as amended" after the words and figures "adopted on May 28, 1962, " in the two places where they appear in said notice.

Section 51. That Section 1007 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "College Housing System" where they appear in said Section the words "Greensboro Campus Housing System".

Section 52. This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage.

A resolution entitled "RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF SALE OF $1,800,000 THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES B" was introduced, and Mr. Umstead moved that it be adopted. The motion was seconded by Mr. Maynard and the resolution was adopted by unanimous vote of all members present; those voting "Nay": None.

The Chairman thereupon declared said resolution unanimously adopted
and the Secretary was instructed to record it in the minutes of the meeting.

WHEREAS, Section 207 of the resolution of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina, as amended by resolutions of said Board and of the Executive Committee of said Board, entitled, as amended:
