"A special fund is hereby created and designated 'The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory Construction Fund of 1962 (herein sometimes called the 'Construction Fund'), to the credit of which there shall be deposited the proceeds of the Series B bonds required to be so deposited by Section 208 of Article II of this Resolution and all moneys received by the Board from any other source for financing the cost of the Project."

Section 30. That the second paragraph of Section 404 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "the College" where they appear in said paragraph the words "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro".

Section 31. That Section 407 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "the College" where they appear in said Section the words "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro".

Section 32. That the first sentence of Section 50' of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "College Housing System" where they appear in said sentence the words "Greensboro Campus Housing System".

Section 33. That Section 502 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 502. The Board hereby establishes a housing system designated 'The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Housing System' (herein sometimes called the 'Greensboro Campus Housing System') which shall consist of the Project, the 1958 Facilities, the Existing Dormitories and any Additional Facilities. The Board covenants that, notwithstanding any other facilities which may now or hereafter be available for the housing of students at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, it will require a sufficient number of students at the Greensboro campus to live in and use the Greensboro Campus Housing System, and will adopt and enforce such parietal and other rules and regulations, as will assure that the facilities of the Greensboro Campus Housing System will be fully utilized at all times during the regular school terms at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and to the fullest extent practicable at all times during any summer school term at The University of North
