Section 25. That clause (c) of the third paragraph of Section 211 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(c) a statement, signed by the Business Manager of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, (1) certifying that the Additional Facilities described in the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds will, in his opinion, preserve, develop, extend or improve the Greensboro Campus Housing System, (2) giving his estimates of

(i) the total cost of such Additional Facilities (including a reserve for contingencies), and

(ii) the date on which such Additional Facilities will be placed in operation,

and (3) stating the amount, if any, which is then available or will be made available for paying the cost of such Additional F acilities and the source or sources from which such amount has been or will be received;".

Section 26. That clause (f) of the third paragraph of Section 211 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "the College" where they appear in said clause the words "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro".

Section 27. That clause (h) of the third paragraph of Section 211 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "the College" where they appear in said clause the words "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro" and by substituting for the words "College Housing System" where they appear in subdivisions (i), (iii), and (v) of said clause the words "Greensboro Campus Housing System".

Section 28. That the second sentence of the fourth paragraph of Section 211 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the words "the College" where they appear in subdivision (i) of said sentence the words "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro".

Section 29. That the first sentence of Section 401 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
