as amended (said resolution of the Board with all resolutions amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto as therein permitted being herein collectively called the 'Resolution')."

Section 20. That the second sentence of the fifth paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the word "College" where it appears in said sentence the words "Greensboro campus".

Section 21. That the third sentence of the fifth paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The Resolution provides for the creation of a special fund designated 'The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Bond and Interest Sinking Fund Account of 1962' (hereinafter called the 'Sinking Fund') and for the deposit to the credit of the Sinking Fund of a sufficient amount of the revenues of the New Housing System, over and above the cost of such maintenance, repair and operation thereof, and of said certain increased rentals from said other dormitory buildings (such rentals being subject as to each of said other dormitory buildings to the prior payment of the expenses of maintenance, repair and operation thereof to the extent provided in the Resolution) to pay the principal of and the interest on the bonds then outstanding as the same shall become due and to provide a reserve for such purpose, and said special fund is pledged to and charged with the payment of such principal and interest."

Section 22. That the designation of the bond set forth in the Form of Coupons in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bond of 1962, Series............. ".

Section 23. That the first sentence of Section 210 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended by substituting for the word "College" where it appears in said sentence the words "Woman's College of the University of North Carolina".

Section 24. That the designation of the bonds set forth in the second sentence of the second paragraph of Section 211 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of............. Series ...........".
