Section 17. That the bond designation in the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES..."

Section 18. That the third paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"This bond is one of a duly authorized issue of bonds of the Board, all of like date, aggregating Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($2,625,000), consisting of bonds in the principal amount of $825,000 designated 'The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series A' (hereinafter called the 'Series A bonds'), numbered 1 to 825, inclusive, and maturing in annual instalments in the years 1964 to 1996, inclusive, and bonds in the principal amount of $1,800,000 designated 'The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B' (hereinafter called the 'Series B bonds'), numbered 1 to 1,800, inclusive, and maturing in annual instalments in the years 1965 to 2002, inclusive, issued for the combined purpose of refunding after July 1, 1963 a temporary bond without coupons designated 'Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bond of 1958', No. T-1 (hereinafter called the '1958 bond') issued to pay the cost of the 1958 Facilities (hereinafter mentioned), then outstanding in the principal amount of $825,000, and, with other available funds, paying the cost of a new dormitory, with necessary appurtenant facilities, to house approximately 640 women students and including four apartments (hereinafter called the 'Project'), at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (hereinafter called the 'Greensboro campus')."

Section 19. That the first sentence of the fourth paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"All of the Series A and Series B bonds are issued under and pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Board on May 28, 1962,
