Greensboro, North Carolina, was changed to "The University of North Carolina at Greensboro", effective July 1, 1963, and it is necessary that the Bond Resolution be amended as hereinafter provided to reflect such change; and

WHEREAS, Section 1008 of the Bond Resolution provides as follows:

"Section 1008. The Executive Committee of the Board is hereby authorized to adopt, prior to the issuance of any bonds hereunder, any resolution or resolutions deemed by the Executive Committee to be necessary, amending or supplementing the provisions of this Resolution to conform to the requirements of the Loan Agreement by and between the Board and the United States of America hereinabove mentioned or to the requirements of or resulting from any law hereafter enacted by the General Assembly of North Carolina."; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina:

Section 1. That the title of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DORMITORY, WITH NECESSARY APPURTENANT FACILITIES, TO HOUSE APPROXIMATELY 640 WOMEN STUDENTS AND INCLUDING FOUR APARTMENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,800,000 THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES B, OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA TO PROVIDE FUNDS, WITH OTHER AVAILABLE FUNDS, FOR PAYING THE COST THEREOF, AND $825,000 THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT GREENSBORO DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES A, OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A LIKE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BOND OF 1958 OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON FROM REVENUES; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF BONDS FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES THAT MAY HEREAFTER BE CONSTRUCTED; AND SETTING FORTH THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE HOLDERS OF SAID BONDS".

Section 2. That the first preamble of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"WHEREAS, by Chapter 116 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina, a body politic and corporate under the name of the 'University of North Carolina' (hereinafter sometimes called the 'Board'), is vested with general control and supervision of The University of North Carolina
