Reappointment

Permission is requested to reappoint Mr. Leary R. Harrill, as State 4-H Club Leader, Extension Service, School of Agriculture at annual salary of $10,800 from Extension funds for two months, pending the hiring of a replacement. Mr. Harrill was retired on June 30, 1963 and is now State 4-H Leader Emeritus. This appointment would be effective as of July 1, 1963.
