Mr. Taylor's motion to approve the nominations was duly seconded, and they were unanimously elected.

Election of new member of Executive Committee

Governor Sanford called for nominations from the floor for a member| to replace Mrs. B. C. Parker on the Executive Committee, stating that| Mrs. Parker certainly did a most able and conscientious job while she| was a member of the Committee.

Mrs. Rodenbough nominated Mrs. Mebane (John G. ) Burgwyn, Mr. Yarborough seconded the nomination. Mr. Saunders moved that nominations be closed, and Mrs. Burgwyn was unanimously elected to the Executive Committee to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. Rosa (B.C.) Parker.

Mr. Arch T. Allen, Secretary, and Miss Billie Curtis, Assistant Secretary, were re-elected by unanimous vote for four year terms.
