for each of the one bedroom apartments and a base rental rate of $75.00 per month for each of the two bedroom apartments, including heat, water and general services but excluding gas and electricity.

Section 3. Notwithstanding any other facilities which may now or hereafter be available for the housing of students at the University, the officers of the University shall, subject to the provisions of Section 502 of the resolution adopted by the Board on September 22, 1956, as amended and supplemented, and the provisions of Section 502 of the resolution adopted by the Board on May 22, 1961, as amended, mentioned above, assign married students at the University to the occupancy of the Project and the 1958 Facilities to the end that the Project and the 1958 Facilities will be fully utilized at all times during the regular school terms at the University and to the fullest extent practicable at all times during any summer school term at the University, and subject to the provisions of said Section 502 of said resolution of September 22, 1956, as amended and supplemented, and said Section 502 of said resolution of May 22, 1961, as amended, mentioned above, said officers shall assign married students to the Project and the 1958 Facilities in preference to any other housing facilities at the University.

Section 4. The officers of the University are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to make any rules and regulations and to take any action necessary to carry into effect and to enforce the provisions of this resolution.

A resolution entitled "RESOLUTION SELECTING DEPOSITARIES OF MONEYS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,942,000 UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT APARTMENT REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES A AND B", was introduced and Mr. Hill moved that it be approved. The motion was seconded by Mr. Pearsall and all members present voted for the adoption of the resolution. Those voting "Nay": None. The resolution is in the following words and figures, to-wit:
