Section 6. That the third paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"This bond is one of a duly authorized issue of bonds of the Board, all of like date, aggregating Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($2,625,000), consisting of bonds in the principal amount of $825,000 designated 'Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series A' (hereinafter called the 'Series A bonds'), numbered 1 to 825, inclusive, and maturing in annual instalments in the years 1964 to 1996, inclusive, and bonds in the principal amount of $1,800,000 designated 'Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bonds of 1962, Series B' (hereinafter called the 'Series B bonds'), numbered 1 to 1,800, inclusive, and maturing in annual instalments in the years 1965 to 2002, inclusive, issued for the combined purpose of refunding after July 1, 1963 a temporary bond without coupons designated 'Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bond of 1958', No. T-1 (hereinafter called the '1958 bond') issued to pay the cost of the 1958 Facilities (hereinafter mentioned), then outstanding in the principal amount of $825,000, and, with other available funds, paying the cost of a new dormitory, with necessary appurtenant facilities, to house approximately 640 women students and including four apartments (hereinafter called the 'Project'), at the Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (hereinafter called the 'College'), in Greensboro, North Carolina. "

Section 7. That the first sentence in the sixth paragraph of the bond form in Section 209 of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Series A bonds numbered 715 to 825, inclusive, maturing July 1, 1994 to July 1, 1996, inclusive, may be redeemed on any interest payment date prior to their respective maturities, at the option of the Board, from any moneys that may be made available for such purpose, either in whole or in part in the inverse order of their numbers, at the principal amount of the bonds to be redeemed, together with the interest accrued thereon to the date fixed for redemption, without the payment of any redemption premium."
