of America, for a like principal amount of Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bond of 1958 will be $825,000 instead of $827,000; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Bond Resolution be amended as hereinafter provided in order to provide for the issuance and exchange of $825, 000 principal amount of said Series A bonds and in order to make certain other changes deemed by the Board to be desirable; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina:

Section 1. That the title of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW DORMITORY, WITH NECESSARY APPURTENANT FACILITIES, TO HOUSE APPROXIMATELY 640 WOMEN STUDENTS AND INCLUDING FOUR APARTMENTS AT THE WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA, IN GREENSBORO; AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $1,800, 000 WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES B, OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA TO PROVIDE FUNDS, WITH OTHER AVAILABLE FUNDS, FOR PAYING THE COST THEREOF, AND $825,000 WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS OF 1962, SERIES A, OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE PURPOSE OF REFUNDING A LIKE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF WOMAN'S COLLEGE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA DORMITORY SYSTEM REVENUE BOND OF 1958 OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID BONDS AND THE INTEREST THEREON FROM REVENUES; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF BONDS FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES THAT MAY HEREAFTER BE CONSTRUCTED; AND SETTING FORTH THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE HOLDERS OF SAID BONDS."

Section 2. That the eighth preamble of the Bond Resolution be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

"WHEREAS, the Board pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Board on February 23, 1959, has heretofore issued its Woman's College of the University of North Carolina Dormitory System Revenue Bond of 1958, No. T-1 (hereinafter sometimes called the '1958 bond'), in the principal amount of $950,000, for the purpose of providing funds for paying the cost of a new dormitory, consisting of two dormitory sections called 'Moore Dormitory' and 'Strong Dormitory', respectively, with necessary appurtenant facilities, to house approximately 352 women students and 2 counselors (hereinafter sometimes collectively called the '1958 Facilities'), at the College, which bond is a temporary bond without coupons, registered as to both principal and interest in the name of the United States of America, Housing and Home Finance Administrator (therein and herein called the 'Payee'), exchangeable for definitive coupon bonds in an aggregate principal amount equal to the principal amount of said temporary bond then unpaid, and from and after July 1, 1963 said 1958 bond will be
