It was reported that Mr. Turner was absent because of the death of his son, and on motion of Mr. Whitehurst, the Secretary was instructed to send a message of sympathy from the Board.

Minutes

The minutes of the last meeting, and those of the interim meetings of the Executive Committee, were approved without reading, copies having been furnished to all members of the Board.

Bond Resolutions

President Friday was recognized and he presented two resolutions pertaining to the issuance of Revenue Bonds and requested their adoption. They are as follows:

1. University at Chapel Hill

A Resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA ON FEBRUARY 26, 1962, AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT APARTMENT REVENUE BONDS", was introduced and Mr. Simpson moved that it be adopted. The motion was seconded by Mr. Murphy and the resolution was adopted by all members present voting for its adoption; those voting "Nay": None.

The Chairman thereupon declared said resolution unanimously adopted and the Secretary was instructed to record it in the minutes of the Board. The said resolution is in the following words and figures, to-wit:
