10th Alice Lilly a former Inmate asked admission & was received -
Kate Mackenzie refusing to work and being very insolent to the
Laundress the Matron put her out of the Building
12 pupils

Tuesday
11th Ladies Sub Committee.
Louisa Vose and Alice Lilly admitted
Florrie Gilmore brought in by Miss Williams also admitted.
M. E. Friend asking to see the Ladies told them that she would
remain and do her time now that M'Kenzie was gone
12 pupils

Wednesday
12th Sister Bibby with some friends gave the Inmates a very
pleasant entertainment both for the mind and body supplying
them with Fruit Cake & Temperance drinks.
12 pupils

Thursday
13th Miss Williams brought Agnes Mitchell age 22 to be received
waiting her removal to the Lying in Hospital.
12 pupils

Friday
14th May Mason asked admittance saying she had come from the
Church House
12 pupils

Saturday
15th Nelly Stevenson brought a letter from Mr Lewis asking that she
may be received. Bessie Lewis and Mary Pickett had a quarrel striking
each other
Sub Matron & Laundress out.
