lunch. Miss Holland drank tea
with me this evening. Mr Mills and
Mr Robinson came this evening to read
& hold a Service for the Inmates, during
Mr Robinson's discourse four of the
women walked out of the room. I
have spoken to them to-day [previous word deleted] upon the subject.
Kate Molloy said she could not sit to
hear the Catholics spoken against.
Ellen [P[indecipherable]terford] says she is very sorry
to have moved but she could not help
it she felt suffocating, Charlotte Stanley
tells me she did not move in consequence
of anything that was said, Ann Kirby
went out because she would not remain
to hear her religion spoken against.

According to the wishes of the Ladies
of the Committee I have sent Jane
Rowans box with her outfit, to her.
at Mrs Cobham's North Shore.
A Mrs. Anderson has called to day enquiring
for a Servant I think Julia will suit
her if the Ladies will allow her to go.
Mr Gully held an evening service
Sarah Jones' Mother called to see and
take away her daughter. I told her
she could not see her, and if she
had any order for her removal she
must bring it before the General
Committee on Friday next.
