July 23rd
Much tried for want of good Ironers this
as Sarah Tickle and Martha Buttlo are both
ill. but all the others were doing their best
Mr Boomaker gave an address in the Evening

24th
Lady Belmore visited and brought a
nice present of Books. her Ladyship went
all over the Institution and expressed her
approval of everything. Spoke to all the Inmates
and promised to come again soon. Mrs Ball
came to take her place her this Afternoon

Sabbath
25th
Mr Boomaker brought two women from
the Breakfast Meeting. Mrs. Caldwell gave
permission for them to be admitted until
next Tuesday
The Revd W. Mills preached in the Morning
No Service - - - - - - Afternoon
Mr Walker - - - - - - Evening

26th
Lady Belmore kindly sent 30 Cottage Hymn
Books. wrote a letter of thanks to her Ladyship
and one to The Bishop asking his Lordship
to come and address the Inmates. Mrs. Threlkeld
visited. Mrs Beisly held a Bible Class

27th
Sub Comtee 4 Ladies present
Mr. Webster read to the Inmates in the Evening

30th
Mrs Allen visited
