December 23rd
Mrs. Dangar of Potts Point called about
Needle work.

24th
Mr Gabtish sent a large supply of provisions
for the Christmas Dinner, the Inmates are
very busy preparing for tomorrow, all lent
a hand in making the Plum pudding for
tomorrow. gave them Coffee and Biscuits
in the Evening. Admitted Jane Pickering
until Sub Comtee meet.

25th Christmas Day
All enjoyed themselves very much and expressed
their gratitude to God for his goodness to them
except Jane Pickering who had evidently came
in for the very purpose of taking out Annie
Chapman. both escaping over the Cottage
while I was conducting family prayer in
the Evening.

26th
The Countess of Belmore visited and spoke
to all the Inmates. Mr. Hassock gave an address
in the Evening.
