Revd [Reverend] H. Creed 3 oclk [o'clock]. and Mr John Pottee [or Pottie]
in the evening. All the inmates were
clean orderly and attentive.

Monday 2nd.

Tuesday 3rd. Sub com't [committee] met 4 ladies present.

Wednesday 4th. Mr Gully brought Ester Thompson and
was very anxious that she might be
admitted. I could not however presume
to take her in unless he received permission
from the ladies. She having been refused
admission by them because she is a
married woman.

Thursday 5th
Ruth [?] and [Winefred] through the Gate
at tea time. [all crossed out]
