Rev'd Robson 3 oclk, and Mr. Lee in the eve'g
number of inmates 39.

Monday 28th
Mrs. Aspinall came this morn'g and stayed
till 4 oclk.
Lady Young called to try on her jacket, with which
she was much pleased - and requested me to send in her
bill tomorrow. Rommy went away to her situation, she cried
very much at parting. We earnestly hope she will be a good girl.

Tuesday 29th
The receipts for this month for inmates
work is £56.12.2 1/2
The bills for S. S "Ruahine" washing were signed yesterday,
and will be paid [del]tomorrow[del] [sup]Saturday[end sup] the am't is £39.19.11
Mr. Wm Morris Called to pay £1.0.0 subscription, he said he
had seen the account of the F. Refuge in the papers
I gave him a Report & asked him please shew [show] it to
his friends, he promised he would do so -
we received £4 - more making the months receipts
£60.13. 2 1/2

Wednesday 30th
Rosa Williams made her escape last night
she has done nothing since she came in
always excusing herself by saying she "was very
bad", and ask'd for medicine every day. she has now
got a rest, and she is off-
