Wednesday. Emma Freeman made her escape
after spending two months here in
idleness. she has had 'line upon line' not
only from the Matron but the visitors, yesterday
Lady Manning advised and Counseled [counselled] her to be
a better girl, she promised to reform, but O how
soon she broke it.

Sabbath 13th. Rev'd W. Mills preached in the morn'g 11 oclk.
Rev'd Lavers in the afternoon - Bible class
in the eve'g. all in attendance
clean and orderly.
