Monday
Janie Barrett asked to go out, said I cannot
stay, [underlined] loosing time!? [end underline] I'll go to Melbourne
What will you do there? "O' I am not
known there," but Janie God will
know you in Melbourne.

Tuesday 13th.
Maria Bird is very poorly, sent for
Dr. Nathan.

Wednesday 14th.
Matron took Isabella to sign the
agreement at Mrs. Pausey's, and arrange
about money to pay her fare, time to start
&c - £3.10 [sup] coach [end sup] fare - 5/ train & 10/ travelling expence [expense] to Mudgee. Mrs. Pausey advanced her 20/ to buy
two more drefses[dresses], as Isabella complained that she had only two, so we must keep her another day, to get
them made for her.

Thursday
15th

Isabella's two extra dresses were made, and Miss Galbraith
took her to the train, and saw her off 5 oclk am

Emma Freeman returned from the Infirmary.
