Illegible words indicated by square brackets
As a cannon looks fine to me. I think it is "Pipe all hands" - the title in the smaller picture. In 1892 directory Sidney Grafton's address is given as 56 (back of) William Edward Street. But it looks more like a 54 on this form. As for George - I can only get the first letter.
Berrascome? But can't find any documentation.
