P.S. I wrote to Mr. Hall by Captn Campbell the
last time he was here before the present and sent
him a bundle of mats procured for his cloth,
but have not had the pleasure of hearing from him
since, which I feel a disappointment. Please to
make my kind respects to him & Mrs Hall and acquaint
them with this circumstance.
In a cask of mine sent by Mr Shepherd in the
Queen Charlotte was a bag of sugar and some Tea, but
who sent it, or whether it was for an individual or
the whole of us was not specified in the ? of the
articles that came by nor inquiry of the letters
you will oblige me to and take the trouble to find out how
this matter was and inform me in your next letter.
I hope you will miss no opportunity of ? to me.
you see I let none escape me of writing to you.
Mrs Henry writes in affectionate regards to
yours etc WH

This postscript probably belogs to the
incomplete letter on pp 195-8
