5:00 AM. She's the only clock we
couldn't set. We wake up to the
the creak of her crib & a recitation
of her whole vocabulary.
Hi-Da-da-Ma-ma-dogie-choo-choo,
coo-coo-cookie-nite-nite-truck,
right now, wheeeeee!

She's getting very interested
in books. Aside from childrens'
books, we give her all the old
Sears sales catalogs, also my old
Avon Christmas catalogs. She
sits & turns pages until we go in
to investigate the quiet. Whenever
it gets suspiciously quiet,
she's usually sitting on the
couch or by the magazine rack,
reading. Everything else, she
does loud. You should see what
a little roughneck she is, running
around in her jeans & her
sweatshirt that says "wild bronco"
across the front.

Today, we ordered her a musical
rocker. We were thinking of one
