Dear Francis & Dorothy,

This comes very late, but
we're no less appreciative of that
lovely white dress you sent
for Eileen. It's still a little
big for her, but it won't be
long.

At six months, she's swimming
all over the house, usually in
pursuit of the dog. When she
catches up with him, he runs.

It doesn't seem to phase her, &
he'll get his just desserts when
she can move a little faster.

She surely keeps us on the
run now - & I wonder what
it's going to be like when there
are more little Standleys. By
then we'll probably be lots
wiser to all the little time -
savers. Sure is fun learning.

Thank you very much for thinking of us.
Sincerely,
Marcia Standley
