Fine day but chilly evening. Did some typing. Mrs A in to telephone. Tried to carry heavy fire grate out for the rubbish clean-up & it exhausted me so that I lay down. Tried to go over my speech for Tues but that affected me severely like shock. Took hot water bottle to bed Caddie rang up.
