Dear Miriam
I thought I would drop you a line to
let you know that I'm doing ok, and the case is coming
up soon. My lawyerwere up last week to go over the case
with me, I expect to see them up hear more often since my
deposition will be taken on the 14th of this month. Max Stern
and Melll Farr my attorneys, told me that they will be up
4 or 5 times before the 14th. The same day my lawyers
going to take the disposition of some of the defendants. We expect
to be going to court around September or Octobor of the year
And Max and Mell are pretty sure we will win.

Have you heard from Jerry yet? I hear he
is doing well at Concord D. S. U; we are going to put in
a suit or something on Concord because he is down there and
was sentenced to Walpole. Plus a few other things that have
been going on down there. So we are hitting from all sides.
He is in good health and good spirits, as far as he can
be allowed to be. They are pretty hard on him, the way they
do things to him. If you want to write to him his address
