6. That all arrangements for religion services
in the Chapel proper and for public
religious services any where within the
University, shall always be subject to the approval
of the Faculty;

7. That if the amount necessary for the
completion of the Chapel- building be not realized
by the 15' June, the Faculty will be at
liberty to regard the arrangement [conemplated?]
by these resolutions as having failed.
