Sir,
Herewith I return the papers connected with proceed
-ings against, - Henry Coleman, Thos Lindley
Richd Nightingale, Ed Wilson
Wm Hodgson and Chas Medforth,-
Coleman was convicted in a penalty of 20/- the
other five, - each in 10/- and all 6 in 8/ - costs each, -
making a total of £5-18-0,- as per statement of
Justices Clerk anned, - marked, A.
His fees are on paper marked Brej, £5-9-

after conviction, - Nightingale absconded,-
and the penalty and costs were not recovered from
him and paid to me till the 23 mth, - which will
account for the delaying in returning there papers,-
I then remmitted the six penalties viz £3-10-0 to Mr
John Willan, - see his acknowledgement annexed
marked C, - and herewith I send you an order fir
costs £2-8-0- payable to you at the Post Office Thornton
le-grand and have to crewe an order for payment
of expenses undernamed by:
