Vessel "Capital"
Dear Sir: 7' Decbr 1859.
Will you have the goodness to obtain signature to
accompanying paper_ and return it to me.
The produce of Sale of Wreck of "Capital" is in Peases
Bank and will not be moved without my sanction.
The question of claim for getting materials on
Shore had best be brought before the Justices on the
21st when we meet on the other matter - But in order
to do so Mr Parks should be apprized that he may
acquaint Justices.
You or Milne should also apprize all other parties
concerned. Truly yours.

Inquiry respecting Printed Notices of Wreck found.
Dear Mr Hoad 16' Decbr 1859.
On the 31st May 1858 I sent you 6 Copies of a "Notice to
Beachmen and others finding Wreck" - a Copy of
which is annexed. _
You will oblige by reporting hereon the places
at which those notices were posted up.
