Francis Smith

Robert Frankish
were each committed to the House of Correction - without
hard Labour for six weeks, unless they severally, sooner
paid the sum of £6 " ----- I am unable to forward the expense
of prosecution as the Justices Clerk was going from home for
a fortnight immediately he left the Court. - On his return he
will furnish me with his account. JS.
