As requested to procure and forward a full
and explicit Report on the annexed Letter
J. H. Farrer 20/3/57

In consequence of the annexed letter from
Lieut Poynter Chief Officer of the Coast Guard at
Patrington, dated 13th Ultim, I called upon
Mes Harrison, the Importers of the Cargo of the
"Perseverance" for £24.14.0.for services rendered
to the Ct Gd. and in compliance with his
annexed letter dated 22nd Ultim. I paid the
same as thence directed and shall account
for the amount in my account for the current
quarter. With respect to the services rendered
I am not in possession of the detail. Lieut
Poynter explained their nature and extent to the
Controller General of the Coast Guard who gave
directions accordingly.
