With reference to paragraph of Wreck
Instruction No 8b which directs that the
report Book and Returns are to commence
on the 1st October 1855 with a new Droit
number commencing with No 1 --
I will thank you to inform me whether
the numbers are to run for a year -- or
whether I am to commence with a new number
each quarter.

I have an opportunity of disposing of Some of the
Droits of Admiralty at this Station and wait
your permission so to do -- your kind reply will oblige.
