I think the receiver is clearly entitled to the £2
for one Days attendance and his expenses
in detaining exceeding a Bond &c
and subsequently allowing the [Arva?] to
proceed to Sea, the Ship having been detained
at the request of the Salvors the payment
of these charges should be enforced.
I think this should be referred to the Solicitor to enforce
the Bonds if practicible copy of this was sent to Solicitor of
Customs.

to annex the Bonds in Question.
