A good day. The men worked
in their tobacco most of the
day. Late this evening Ben
went to Mr Dews for
fruit. the children and
I went with him. He got
pears & apples and plums
and some snaps. We come
by the Store and got sugar.
Nellie made some jellie
& caned some tomatoes. I
got most of the dinner.
Mrs Car is here yet.
Josie has not felt so good
today. There has not bin any
one to see her to day.
I milked when I got back
from Dews as it was about
dark.
