we dined 7.30. She has room

her hair & I wrote.

At 10.30 we started to drive to
Lake Minnewanka abt 9 miles.
A rather dull drive, & very hot
over road wh. had just been laid
with enormous gravel. Very rattly
& noisy. Road grew more interesting
after passing Bankhead, a coal
