Complaint about system deaths (NXM).
No obvious correlation with anything anyone
was doing. Investigation of one case showed
that the push-down points in the system
was junked eye. Ran bare instruction
test part 5. No trouble. Rana past 4.
No trouble. Had difficulty loading
TS MAIN (apparent DECTAPE erase).
Also could not load Parts 4 or 5 or
system. They had loaded with no trouble
a few minutes earlier. Finally (by re-trying)
got system loaded. Then loaded TSMAIN.
Activited all Parts. No trouble.
