When Rod Shmit came in this morning he found
the system dead. He tried to reload the system but
could only get a "bell" after typing 6L on the CTY. (The
system 6 tape did not move.) He noted that the red
clip lead that is normally connected between bay 1+2
of the 166 was on the floor. I tried re-loading the system
with Hand Waver and was successful. We don't know
why the system died or why it would re-load for
him.

characters. Probably needs a New ribbon.
