1965. Mon. Mary to U.B.C. 10 to 4. I got lunch, sewed & ironed. Clear & cool. Letter from Vida.

1966. Tues. Typed rest of speech. Read & rested. Mrs. Brown, Gladys's friend came. brought roses. Mary called up & all children talked.

1967. Wed. Wrapped Christmas gifts! Heavy fog. To Past Presidents' lunch at Faculty Union. Talked to Rosemary C. Sewed squares together. Helen called up.

1968. Fri. To office to go over drafts. John Whiteside in hospital. Called Keiller. Train to Waterloo. All met me.
