1964. Wed. Got chest of drawers, curtains etc. With Miss Grant went thru 2 houses on Spadina for grad. residence. Miss G. drove me home.

1965. Thu. dountoun to shop. To Locke library. Wrote letters. Rain at night.

1966. Fri. to mail box twice, read proof most of day. M. & B. out at cocktail party. very [unclear]

1967. Sat. at tournament at New West. Mary & I to watch. reading Byron.

1968. Mon. cloudy. had my hair done. To bank & library. Phoned Mary in hosp. - she sounds very cheerful.
