1964. Mon. Very hot. finished & typed my report. Talked to Miss Grant all afternoon. She drove me up here. To St. Clements library. Made lemonade.

1965. Tues. Just as hot. Shopped, & wrote & mailed more letters. Bertha called up. Cooler toward evening.

1966. Wed. Took Mary & Hugh to stores, got boys from school. Very hot. Sewed. Painters & men fixing [unclear]. Came back on 2:30 train.

1967. Thu. D & I shopped at Loblaws, talked, had strawberry shortcake. He to Stratford.

1968. Sat. Shopped, warmer. Worked on Hall report. To see "Gone with the Wind".
