1964. Sat. Anne, Bay & I shopped. Long walk in park in afternoon. Sewed & wrote letters.

1965. Sun. Grosvenor Hotel - big, plush & comfortable. To church at St. Michael's Chester Sq. Read Sunday papers, took walk to Buckingham Palace, wrote to Mary, bed early.

1966. Mon. Took Mary to P.O. & stores. Shopped with Anne & children in afternoon. Cool. Anne & Ian out in evening. Bathed & fed Mary

1967. Tues. dountoun & got brief case for Anne. Cool & bright. Read briefs. [unclear] & knitted.

1968. Thu. Shopped, walked in park, saw changing of palace guard, lunch at King George Hotel. Byzantine Museum, fine day.
